At Miroselly Creation, we value customer satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience smooth. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order was cancelled before shipment.

  • The product is returned according to our Returns Policy.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.

  • Tags or original packaging are missing.

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.

  • The product was purchased during clearance/sale with a “No Return/No Refund” tag.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • An item is returned with missing accessories.

  • An item shows signs of minor use or handling but is otherwise in acceptable condition.
