At Miroselly Creation, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and charges.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Within Gujarat: 3–5 business days.

• Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

• Remote or rural areas may take longer due to courier limitations.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Orders below ₹999 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹70.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may have an additional service charge.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed, our team will notify you and provide an updated delivery date.

• In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification with the courier partner.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.
