• Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Miroselly Creation

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock.

• Payment is not completed or verified.

• Invalid or incomplete shipping details.

• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated within 7 business days to your original payment method.

• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
