At Miroselly Creation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Return Policy makes it easy to request a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products purchased during clearance or final sale with “No Return/No Exchange” tags.
Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Custom-made or specially altered items.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer care team via email or phone within the return period.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear product images (if applicable).
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchange & Replacement Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- In case your request for an exchange or a replacement was approved, the exchange/replaced product will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
If the desired exchange product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered to your account within 3 business days. The store credits will be valid for upto 30 days from the time of credit.
5. Refund for Returns
Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via store credit for COD orders.
