At Miroselly Creation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Return Policy makes it easy to request a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale with “No Return/No Exchange” tags.

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

• Items without original tags or packaging.

• Custom-made or specially altered items.

3. Return Process

• Contact our customer care team via email or phone within the return period.

• Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear product images (if applicable).

• Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchange & Replacement Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• In case your request for an exchange or a replacement was approved, the exchange/replaced product will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

• If the desired exchange product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered to your account within 3 business days. The store credits will be valid for upto 30 days from the time of credit.

5. Refund for Returns

• Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via store credit for COD orders.
